The Digital Lead Generation Manager is responsible for driving qualified pipeline through digital marketing channels. This role owns the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid campaigns and inbound programs, with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and measurable revenue impact.

This individual will partner closely with marketing leadership on messaging and creative direction, translating strategy into scalable, testable digital campaigns that consistently generate pipeline.

This role can be located in our Columbus, Ohio Headquarters or remote.

What You’ll Do

Paid Digital Campaign Management

  • Own the day-to-day management of paid digital campaigns, primarily across LinkedIn and retargeting channels, including:
    • Campaign setup, execution, optimization, and scaling
    • Performance tracking against defined KPIs
    • Budget management within clear guardrails and intended outcomes
  • Continuously test and iterate on audiences, creative, and messaging to improve efficiency and pipeline contribution.

Inbound & Lifecycle Programs

  • Execute inbound demand programs, including:
    • Landing pages and conversion flows
    • Basic lead nurture campaigns
    • Website content and campaign posting
  • Ensure a seamless handoff from digital engagement to sales-ready leads.

Messaging, Creative & Experimentation

  • Partner with marketing leadership on positioning, messaging, and creative direction.
  • Translate strategic messaging into testable digital ads and campaigns, moving beyond one-off blasts to repeatable programs.
  • Develop and manage A/B testing frameworks to improve performance over time.

Reporting & Performance Visibility

  • Maintain a consistent reporting cadence that provides clear visibility into:
    • Channel and campaign performance
    • Ad-level efficiency and ROI
    • Pipeline contribution by source
  • Use data to inform optimization decisions and future campaign strategy.

Who You Are

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media, especially LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience executing inbound programs and basic lifecycle campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort using performance data to drive decisions
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Strong collaboration skills, a self-starter, and comfortable partnering cross-functionally
  • Bonus: Experience with AI tools, Hubspot, Zapier, N8N, Funnel, Looker Studio
