Our client is a leading digital marketing agency specializing in high-impact video content, helping brands drive engagement and conversions through cutting-edge advertising strategies. In recent years, they have achieved significant success in optimizing video ad campaigns for businesses across multiple industries, ensuring measurable ROI and scalable growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns with a strong focus on video across major platforms, including Meta, YouTube/Google, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).

  • Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and refine strategies to enhance ROI and engagement.

  • Oversee supporting marketing assets, such as landing pages, presentations, ad creatives, and reporting tools.

  • Execute B2B lead generation strategies, ensuring targeted outreach and conversion optimization.

  • Stay informed about emerging trends in digital advertising and implement innovative approaches to paid media.

  • Operate independently, contributing fresh ideas and proactive solutions without requiring constant supervision.



Requirements
  • Proven experience in paid digital advertising with a specialization in video content.

  • Expertise in B2B lead generation, analytics, and conversion optimization.

  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Keen attention to detail with a critical eye for design, ensuring brand consistency.

  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.

  • Experience with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.

  • Basic design knowledge is a plus but not required.

Qualifications
