We are seeking a creative and results-driven Associate Marketing Manager to join DinePalace. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing ad campaigns, designing graphics, and executing social media strategies. Proficiency in Canva, Google AdWords, and the ability to create engaging social media content, including reels, is essential.
- Graphic Design:
Create visually engaging graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and other marketing materials using Canva.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Social Media Management:
Develop and manage content calendars for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Design and schedule posts that resonate with the target audience and maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Reel Design & Video Content Creation:
Produce short-form video content, including reels, that drive engagement and increase brand visibility on social media.
Stay updated with the latest trends and incorporate them into content creation.
- Ad Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
Monitor ad performance, adjust strategies as needed, and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Google AdWords Management:
Conduct keyword research, create ad copies, and manage bids to optimize Google AdWords campaigns.
Analyze campaign data to make informed decisions and improve ROI.
- Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to develop cohesive campaigns.
Present campaign ideas, results, and insights to team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on graphic design, social media, and ad campaigns.
- Proficiency in Canva, Meta Ads and Google AdWords.
- Proven experience in social media content creation, including reels.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience in Restaurant industry is must.
