WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

BaubleBar is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help execute and optimize our paid digital marketing campaigns. This role will primarily support Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising and Google Paid Search, helping drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across our eCommerce business.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, this role will collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and ecommerce teams to bring campaigns to life—from launching paid media and coordinating creative assets to analyzing performance and identifying opportunities to improve results.

 WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:

  • Assist in building, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Track and analyze performance across key metrics including ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations that identify optimization opportunities to improve ROI and efficiency
    Partner with the graphic design team to coordinate end-to-end paid ad creative development. This includes managing project timelines and creative requests using project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Help develop briefs and ensure creative assets align with campaign goals and channel best practices
  • Monitor industry marketing activity and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Be collaborative, curious, creative and possess an eagerness to innovate, test, learn and evolve our strategies to drive growth for the business

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:

  • Experience in digital marketing, paid media, or ecommerce marketing
  • Experience or internships working with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads preferred
  • Experience in fashion, accessories, beauty, or consumer brands a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting marketing data
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Google Analytics or reporting tools a plus
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Positive, can-do, problem-solving attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Position can be Hybrid with days in our NYC office or remote (residing anywhere in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. Standard working hours to coincide with 9:00am -6:00pm EST

WHAT WE OFFER: 

  • Starting salary range for this role is $65k - $70k. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background and years of relevant experience
