Digital Marketing Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY 

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports Eon’s business objectives by developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns that increase awareness of and demand for Eon solutions. This person is responsible for key digital initiatives including website optimization, search strategies, overseeing the tactical execution of digital promotions, and content creation. Working closely across the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist develops compelling digital experiences and campaigns targeting B2B audiences in the hospital and health care market.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and implements website optimization and GEO/SEO strategies. Identifies best opportunities, manages the day-to-day operations of the Eon CMS, and ensures site architecture is optimized for both human users and AI engines.
  • Collaborates with Demand Generation to ensure organic web traffic and digital content effectively feed into marketing automation and lead-nurturing programs.
  • Conducts digital performance research (e.g., Google Analytics, social metrics) and analyzes results to continually refine web performance and content distribution.
  • Works with Product Marketing and Demand Generation to execute B2B digital marketing campaigns that influence hospitals and health systems to adopt Eon solutions.
  • Drafts, gains consensus on, and implements tactical plans for web updates, content calendars, and social media distribution.
  • Supports writing, editing, and producing public-facing digital content—including short-form blog posts, website copy, and social media assets.
  • Works with the creative team and outside vendors to execute effective digital marketing projects in collaboration with a wide variety of Eon roles, including product marketing, demand generation, and sales executives.
  • Performs other duties, or special projects, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience executing compelling digital marketing, website, and communications projects for B2B audiences.
  • Working in health care, health tech, or B2B SaaS, with a demonstrated understanding of the health care market a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices, GEO/SEO strategies, CMS management (e.g., Webflow), and web layout.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competency with G-Suite and website analytics required; familiarity with social scheduling tools, CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot/Salesforce), and design tools (Figma, Adobe) a plus.

Salary range: $65,000-$80,000
