We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute B2B demand generation and lead generation initiatives in a fast-paced agency environment. This is a highly hands-on role that blends strategy with execution, ideal for someone who understands what campaigns to run, how to optimize them, and how to drive measurable pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize B2B demand generation and lead generation campaigns
- Develop marketing strategies and high-converting ad copy across digital channels
- Own campaign execution: identify what campaigns to run, when to run them, and how to scale them effectively
- Manage and optimize campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, Instantly, Active Campaign, Ahrefs, and more
- Build and maintain B2B agency nurturing workflows to improve lead quality and conversion
- Execute and refine on-page and backend technical SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and performance
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI and pipeline growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing (B2B preferred; agency experience is a plus)
- Strong expertise in B2B demand generation, lead generation, and nurturing strategies
- Proven track record of driving qualified leads and revenue growth
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO and broader SEO principles
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Instantly, Active Campaign, Ahrefs, and more (or similar tools)
- Strong ability to develop marketing strategy and ad copy that converts
- Highly analytical, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution
- A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
