Position Summary

Priority Power is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize digital marketing programs that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand awareness, and support business growth.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience who combines creativity with technical expertise. The successful candidate will own the execution of digital campaigns across multiple channels while serving as the primary administrator for our marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Google Ecosystem, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Position Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, managing marketing automation, workflows, forms, lead scoring, landing pages, and campaign execution to support lead generation and pipeline growth. 
  • Manage and optimize integrations between different marketing technologies, ensuring accurate lead capture, CRM synchronization, data integrity, reporting, and lifecycle management. 
  • Execute and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid and organic search, SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising, driving measurable business results. 
  • Own and manage the company's social media strategy, with a focus on LinkedIn, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, paid campaigns, and performance optimization. 
  • Maintain and optimize the corporate website using WordPress and Elementor, including creating landing pages, updating content, improving user experience, and supporting SEO best practices. 
  • Design and develop compelling digital marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva, including graphics, emails, landing pages, advertisements, and promotional materials. 
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ecosystem, and social media analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI. 
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM), lead nurturing, audience segmentation, and marketing automation initiatives to increase engagement and conversion rates. 
  • Coordinate marketing projects using project management software, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities. 
  • Maintain marketing documentation, campaign calendars, standard operating procedures, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, and Operations to support company growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience.
  • Hands-on experience administering HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong experience managing WordPress websites, including Elementor page builder.
  • Experience building landing pages and marketing forms that support lead generation.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation, email marketing, lead nurturing, and CRM workflows.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn business pages and executing organic and paid social campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and UTM tracking.
  • Strong project management skills with experience using Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the energy, power, utilities, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or technology sectors. 
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or advanced Salesforce reporting. 
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization. 
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads. 
  • Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Canva Video. 
  • Experience with heat mapping and website optimization tools. 
  • HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
