As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are a Frost culture champion. Our specialists enjoy collaboration, often working with both in-house staff and agency partners to develop strategies and marketing materials for digital campaigns. You will use your critical thinking skills, innovative personality, and passion for marketing to help implement various marketing strategies and remain competitive amongst are competitors. More than that, this role is about ensuring efficient and effective collaboration and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize single and omni channel digital marketing campaigns

  • Work closely with a cross-departmental team to support the execution of Frostbank.com projects and maintain the master backlog of upcoming initiatives

  • Build, test, and report on marketing emails following email marketing best practices

  • Collect and document business and user requirements for digital marketing initiatives, supporting the translation of those needs into actionable items

  • Assists with analysis of Frost’s digital activity (web, mobile, digital media) that includes behavior analysis, traffic, campaign effectiveness, target segmentation and enhancements.

  • Assists with planning and execution of digital marketing activities and campaigns

  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; or equivalent experience in digital marketing
  • 2+ years of experience with marketing or digital campaigns
  • Experience with website content management and/or digital marketing
  • Intermediate to proficient HTML coding experience (email-building experience preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
