We have an opening for an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist. This is a virtual/remote position to join our team. If you have 4 years of professional experience in brand management, digital marketing, Ecommerce, B2B or related roles, we are interested in speaking with you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, AEO, SEM, email) to support ecommerce growth.
  • Support brand positioning and messaging for B2B and ecommerce audiences.
  • Manage the planning and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Help maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across digital touchpoints.
  • Manage the online catalog, including promotions and pricing updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the site.
  • Collaborate with our webmaster to identify and implement improvements to conversion rate across the site.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and ecommerce opportunities within the Microsoft licensing space.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Track campaign performance through KPIs and analytics and provide regular reporting and insights.
  • Support content and creative production for digital campaigns (landing pages, email, social).

Working hours: office hours Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST).

You must be able to work from home, have a quiet workspace, and have a computer and headset in good working order.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4 years of professional experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or brand-related roles.
  • Advanced English level (written and spoken)
  • Working knowledge of brand management principles, digital marketing, and e-commerce strategy.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics and AI platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in B2B or IT/tech e-commerce environments.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience with Google Search Console.
  • Interest in or exposure to Microsoft ecosystem products/licensing (nice to have, not required).
  • Experience working with international markets and multicultural branding.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and brand storytelling.
  • Knowledge of market research tools and methodologies.
