Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the execution of Jorie AI's marketing strategy across content, social media, digital campaigns, podcasts, SEO, and brand initiatives. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day marketing operations, developing content, maintaining marketing systems, supporting lead generation efforts, and ensuring a consistent brand presence across all channels.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer, organized project manager, and creative thinker who can thrive in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
- Manage social media publishing and engagement
- Develop content calendars
- Create thought leadership content
- Support podcast promotion and distribution
Content Marketing & Copywriting
- Write blogs and other marketing collateral
- Repurpose content across channels
- Assist with SEO strategy and optimization
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Track campaign performance and KPIs
- Maintain HubSpot and marketing automation systems
- Support lead tracking and reporting
- Monitor content performance
Creative & Brand Support
- Create and edit graphics using Canva or similar tools
- Develop social media assets, presentations, and marketing materials
- Maintain brand consistency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years marketing experience
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Social media management experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
