Digital Sales Manager -

General Summary:

The Digital Sales Manager is responsible for the entire sales cycle for Remote Support & Privilege Access products targeting Managed Service Providers and Internal IT markets. This role focusses on acquiring new customers through consultative, value driven sales motions. You will be responsible for prospecting, discovery, demos and pipeline management to drive acquisition and upsell for ConnectWise to surpass monthly targets. With your consent, reference checks will be conducted prior to receiving an offer. 



Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ability to run repeatable GTM campaigns to prospect into new accounts to establish relationships with buyer personas within our Ideal Customer Profile and target markets

• Consultative selling by qualifying prospective accounts and solving pain points to build and maintain a pipeline

• Excellent presentation and communication skills including webinars, written presentation and event attendance to mature pipeline

• Strong sales fundamentals; discovery, buyer management, ROI storytelling, objection handling

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders through sales cycles whilst protecting margin

• Follows the sales forecast process to manage pipeline and exceed monthly and annual sales targets


Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:


• 3+ years of software sales experience with track record in over-achieving sales targets

• Results driven and personable who can roll up sleeves to build relationships externally and internally

• Proven in applying Sales frameworks (we use MEDDIC & BANT)

• Problem-solving skills, ability to use data to manage pipeline

• Strong attention to detail in negotiating and protecting margin whilst balancing customer needs

• Knowledge of Remote Support or Privilege Access markets are a plus
