Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Journey Definition
- Translate business priorities into journey maps, epics, and actionable digital use cases across B2C and/or B2B customer lifecycles.
- Define measurable KPIs, success metrics, and value frameworks that guide program decisions and implementation.
- Partner with business stakeholders to articulate goals, identify opportunity areas, and prioritize activation use cases.
- Develop detailed requirement documents, business rules, acceptance criteria, and operational workflows for AEP, AJO, and RTCDP use cases.
- Document segmentation logic, audience frameworks, messaging triggers, and data dependencies.
- Create measurement plans and reporting requirements that align with Adobe Analytics/CJA outputs.
- Map business needs to platform features (AEP Real-Time CDP, AJO, CJA, AEM Assets, Marketo, Workfront).
- Cross-Functional Program Support
- Work with data, engineering, and architecture teams to validate feasibility, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment across execution tracks.
- Support backlog management with user stories and refinement for multi-solution Adobe programs.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and journey design sessions with client teams.
- Ensure program cohesion and stakeholder clarity across delivery stages.
Adobe Platform Familiarity
- Working knowledge of AEP, RTCDP, AJO, and CJA.
- Familiarity with AEM Assets, Workfront, or Marketo is a plus.
- Data & Analytical Skills
- Ability to interpret data schemas, identity models, and event structures.
- Understanding of segmentation logic, customer attributes, and behavioral signals.
- Experience defining success metrics, measurement plans, and reporting requirements.
- Experience translating business goals into technical requirements, journeys, or data-driven use cases.
- Strong understanding of customer experience principles, lifecycle marketing, and personalization strategies.
- Ability to break down complex problems into structured frameworks and clear documentation.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—able to simplify complexity for non-technical audiences.
- Consultative mindset with experience facilitating workshops or working directly with business stakeholders.
- Highly organized and able to influence alignment across cross-functional departments.
