Employment: B2B Contract - UK Working hours (Flexibility)
Salary: $1700 - $2000 USD/month, based on experience and skill level.

About the Role:

We are seeking a experienced and creative Digital Video Editor to join our growing team at Hambi Media. You will be responsible for producing high-quality video content tailored for social media ads, promotional content, and performance marketing for multiple brands. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce, short-form video trends, and platform-specific best practices.

Hambi Media Ltd is one of the fastest-growing performance creative agencies for e-commerce brands in the UK, with a team of 40+ A-Players. We’ve had over £50M spent on our creative across Meta and TikTok ads, including brands like Surreal, Space Goods, Hairburst, 47 Skin, and many more.

In 2025, we experienced significant growth as an agency, and the Video Editor roles will play a pivotal part in our continued expansion and the progression of our performance creative division. You will join our talented production team, which serves as your creative division. We strategise, ideate, create, and optimise exceptional creative content, including UGC, high-production, design, and motion graphic ads. We pride ourselves on being a one-stop performance creative solution, acting as an in-house creative team for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Edit high-quality videos that align with each brand’s style and tone of voice.
  • Specialise in social media ads (UGC, motion graphics, high-production content).
  • Optimise content for TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms to maximize engagement.
  • Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement client feedback effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with video content trends and conversion-driven editing techniques.

Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in video editing and production, preferably within e-commerce.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; ability to use other video editing tools is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Meta ads, and short-form video best practices.
  • Proficient in applying motion graphics, transitions, captions, and color grading.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
