About the role:

We’re seeking a data-driven, execution-focused Director of ABM and Demand Generation to execute our end-to-end account-based marketing programs. This role is responsible for launching and optimizing multi-tiered ABM campaigns (1:Many, 1:Few, 1:1) in support of pipeline generation from target accounts, product launches, and growth across both net-new and expansion motions. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Inside Sales, and RevOps to accelerate enterprise revenue.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

ABM Execution and Campaign Management

  • Launch and optimize 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 ABM campaigns on LinkedIn against strategic account lists.
  • Customize creative, offers, and messaging using generative AI and tools like veed.io, Luna, Leonardo.AI, and Canva.
  • Execute campaign briefs from the Head of Marketing to increase brand visibility and lead flow from high-priority industries and accounts.

Signal Intelligence and Funnel Progression

  • Use Dreamdata, Hubspot, and analytics tools to identify engagement signals and move accounts through the funnel.
  • Detect high-intent behavior in 1:Many campaigns to activate accounts into 1:Few and 1:1 motions.
  • Maintain a testing log across stages of the ABM funnel to drive continuous optimization and learning.
  • Test offers including our weekly webinars and gated content to generate qualified leads from retargeting our buying group at target accounts

Pipeline Impact and Revenue Alignment

  • Execute campaigns aligned to our integrated marketing campaigns framework that generate interest and engagement with the buying group at target accounts
  • Collaborate with the Director of Inside Sales and RevOps to manage lead handoff, attribution, and campaign performance.
  • Create and maintain lead sources and workflows within Hubspot in line with our operations framework

Events and Product Launch Support

  • Oversee the execution of key marketing events, including planning, promotion, and lead capture. 
  • Support GTM initiatives and product launches against product launch and campaign briefs provided by the Director of Product Marketing and Head of Marketing.

Web & Conversion Infrastructure

  • Build and update WordPress landing pages using templates and embed Hubspot forms for campaign-specific conversions.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with 3+ years in ABM or demand gen roles.
  • Proven success running high-impact ABM campaigns with measurable pipeline contributions.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Dreamdata, Hubspot, metadata, or clay and full-funnel reporting.
  • Strong creative execution using generative AI and video tools (Luna, Leonardo.AI, veed.io, Canva).
  • Operational proficiency in lead routing, source tracking, and ad testing/optimization. 
  • Familiarity with WordPress and Hubspot CMS.
  • Bias for action, iterative approach, and a balance of quantitative thinking and creative execution

  • Experience targeting enterprise technical decision makers inside the engineering organization 
  • Background in developer tools or enterprise SaaS
