Who You Are
As the Director, Affiliate Activation, you are a strategic leader responsible for driving engagement, productivity, and revenue growth within HighLevel’s affiliate ecosystem. You understand that affiliate success is directly tied to enablement, activation, and sustained engagement — and you build scalable programs that turn affiliates into high-performing growth partners.

- What You’ll Do:
- Affiliate Activation Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and own the end-to-end affiliate activation strategy to increase engagement, revenue contribution, and retention.
- Design scalable activation frameworks to move affiliates from onboarding → engagement → revenue generation → advocacy.
- Define activation KPIs and performance benchmarks aligned with company growth goals.
- Partner with executive leadership to align affiliate activation initiatives with overall GTM strategy.
- Onboarding & Enablement
- Build and optimize structured onboarding journeys for new affiliates.
- Develop training programs, toolkits, and content that enable affiliates to market and sell effectively.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure affiliates have up-to-date messaging, offers, and positioning.
- Create segmented activation strategies for different affiliate tiers (e.g., new, mid-tier, top performers).
- Engagement & Revenue Growth
- Drive campaigns and initiatives that increase affiliate participation and output
- .Implement incentive programs, contests, and performance-based recognition strategies.
- Identify high-potential affiliates and develop targeted growth plans.
- Monitor affiliate lifecycle metrics and proactively address drop-off points.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and growth initiatives.
- Partner with Data/Analytics to track performance, attribution, and ROI.
- Collaborate with Operations to improve systems, reporting, and automation.
- Performance Analytics & Optimization
- Own reporting on activation metrics including time-to-first-sale, active affiliate rate, revenue per affiliate, and churn.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine activation strategies.
- Forecast affiliate revenue contributions and identify growth opportunities.
- Present activation performance and strategic insights to leadership.
- Team Leadership (if applicable)
- Build, mentor, and scale an Affiliate Activation team.
- Establish clear goals, accountability frameworks, and development plans.

- 12+ years of total experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, revenue growth, or related GTM roles. 5+ years in a leadership or strategic program ownership role.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or high-growth startup environments preferred.
- Proven track record of driving revenue through affiliate or partner ecosystems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
The salary range for this position is $166000- $231000 annually.
