- Develop and implement best practices for APP utilization across inpatient and outpatient cardiology settings.
- Standardize APP roles, workflows, and panel management models across network practices.
- Partner with physician leaders, practice administrators, and operations teams to align APP deployment with clinical demand and financial performance.
- Support integration and scaling of the CVAUSA care model.
- Define APP compensation models by geography, role and experience – includes salary, bonus, CE and other compensation opportunities
- Support quality initiatives including guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT), quality measure performance, and STAR/HEDIS alignment where applicable.
- Collaborate with quality, population health, and analytics teams to define APP-driven quality metrics.
