  • Support client and sales engagement through contracting and the pre- to post-sale transition, ensuring alignment on final scope, deliverables, and inventory in partnership with event operations.
  • Partner with the Legal team to develop and maintain event contract templates and review agreements prior to client delivery to ensure accurate representation of program scope and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Integrated Marketing and the Axios Live Strategy team to develop and manage go-to-market strategies and materials for Axios Live offerings, including product rollouts, activation frameworks, talk tracks, FAQs, and internal and external communications.

  • This role reports to the Head of Axios Live Partnerships.

Worthy of your time: Ideal candidates will embody an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for Axios’ mission and have the following skills:

  • 7+ yrs experience in media and/or event sales, client relations, sponsorships
  • Proactive, analytical, and proven ability to deliver against targets and goals.
  • Experience working with a CRM and analytics to identify trends in data to benefit the sponsorship sales and management of Axios Live clients.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth sales team
  • High emotional intelligence and deep commitment to progressive diversity and inclusion practices

Because this is a remote-optional job posting, this salary range takes into account all possible locations within the United States, but candidates will only be eligible for the salary range for their location.

Note that the total compensation offered for this role includes incremental variable compensation based on sales territory, which is contingent upon the successful achievement of predetermined sales targets.
