- Define the Americas brand marketing strategy aligned to global brand direction and regional commercial goals (with particular emphasis on the US market)
- Serve as the brand custodian for the Americas, ensuring all regional activations reflect Airwallex's brand strategy, tone of voice, and messaging framework
- Lead the development and deployment of integrated brand campaigns in the Americas (digital, OOH, experiential, content, social, and partnerships) that drive step-changes in brand awareness, familiarity, and consideration
- Localize and amplify global brand platforms and hero content for the Americas, ensuring relevance to regional audiences, regulations, and competitive dynamics
- Own and manage relationships with creative, media, and specialist agencies across the region, ensuring they are tightly aligned to Airwallex's strategy and standards
- Partner with regional and global social teams to ensure social-first content and campaigns from the Americas reinforce our brand themes and drive engagement with target audiences
- Act as a trusted partner to regional and global leaders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Corporate Affairs, Talent, and other functions on brand and content needs in the Americas
Who you are

Minimum qualifications:
- Experienced brand leader: 15+ years of experience in Brand and/or Integrated Marketing, with a substantial portion of that time spent in a high-growth B2B technology, SaaS, or fintech environment
- Strategic brand ownership: Proven experience building and scaling a brand identity in the Americas, with a portfolio showing measurable growth in brand awareness, sentiment, and market share
- Integrated campaigns expert: Deep experience planning and executing multi-channel brand campaigns (digital, OOH, content, social, and events) that directly tie brand activity to commercial outcomes
- Data-driven storytelling: expert-level ability to translate complex fintech/SaaS products into human-centric narratives for various audiences, backed by an obsession with creative quality and design
- Hands-on operator: Comfortable toggling between high-level brand strategy and the "hands-on" execution required in a lean, fast-moving, high-growth environment
Preferred qualifications:
- IPO/Pre-IPO Experience: Experience leading brand transformations or "re-branding" for a company preparing for a major liquidity event or public listing
- Category creator: experience working at a company that defined a new category or successfully disrupted a legacy industry (e.g., traditional banking)
- Networked leader: A strong existing network of top-tier creative talent, influencers, and media partners in the Americas fintech space
