We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Director of Business Applications to join us. In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery of Silverfort’s core business systems spanning GTM systems, Finance systems, ERP, CRM, integrations, and automation platforms, enabling operational excellence and supporting Silverfort’s rapid global growth. 

Responsibilities
  • Establish, build, and scale the Business Applications function, defining processes, operating procedures, team structure, and departmental goals 
  • Own architecture, governance, and optimization of core platforms, including Salesforce, Marketing Automation, CPQ, NetSuite, and related finance systems 
  • Ensure scalable revenue operations processes and reliable integrations across Salesforce, DealHub, Workato, and other enterprise applications 
  • Drive system optimization, configuration standards, and roadmap planning 
  • Lead integration and automation initiatives, ensuring data consistency and cross-system reliability 
  • Partner closely with Finance, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Security, and IT to drive operational excellence and system alignment 
Requirements
  • 5+ years leading Business Applications / Enterprise Systems in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company 
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystem (must), NetSuite ERP, Workato or similar iPaaS, and revenue lifecycle systems (CPQ, renewals, subscriptions) 
  • Proven experience designing cross-system architecture and integrations 
  • Experience supporting multi-entity, global operations 
  • Experience in building and managing multi-disciplinary teams 
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills, and cross-functional communication skills 
  • Ability to translate business strategy into scalable system architecture 
  • Ability to work with various interfaces across the organization, gather requirements, and prepare work plans
