    Job Description

    Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, the Director of Business Development will be directly involved in the sales activities of the service and technology solutions sector for the Amotus division only:

    • Responsible for the proactive promotion of Amotus services and technology solutions.
    • Participates in business development activities (conventions, conferences, etc.);
    • Manages all sales activities within his territory (customer presentations and others);
    • Develops and maintains good business relationships at various customer levels;
    • Develops, in collaboration with management, the commercial strategy for sales projects and company positioning;
    • Coordinates with internal sales in the preparation of preliminary and final bids, as well as for specific projects in order to promote the sale of Amotus solutions;
    • Actively tracks bids to ensure maximum potential for bid-to-order conversion;
    • Update the sales database and prepare forecasts, while keeping an eye on projects and key accounts;
    • Monitor market technology to identify business opportunities for Amotus

    Qualifications

    We are looking for someone with :

    • Experience in IOT (essential)
    • Perfect comprehension and communication skills in English, as you will be in direct contact with American and international customers.
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or sales or equivalent experience
    • At least 5 years' experience in technology and business development
    • A self-starter with a constant desire to learn
    • Able to travel occasionally for business events and business trips
    • Fully remote work possible
    • Knowledge of technological solutions in IoT, wireless, cloud computing, embedded systems, Linux, electronic design and “firmware” for connected systems
    • Knowledge of sales in commercial and industrial environments
    • Knowledge of technology companies
    • Knowledge of tendering processes
    • Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite.
