About You:

  • You've built a successful career selling high-impact solutions in the agency/marketing & data/analytics landscape.
  • A natural dot connector and outstanding communicator with the ability to simplify complicated concepts and distill them to their core ideas, themes, insights, and recommendations.
  • Tenacious drive to find new business opportunities which encompasses deep account & territory mapping and ability to uncover areas of opportunity to improve revenue.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills with a High EQ when relating to the business development cycle.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly evolving business and work environment while leading multiple priorities.​

What you’ll do:

  • Proactively pursue and close digital experience platform (DXP) and eCommerce software services deals, with a strong focus on driving multimillion-dollar annual revenue growth.
  • Actively seek opportunities to close deals in software development services, particularly within eCommerce, with a clear path toward multimillion-dollar annual production.
  • Participate in the development of sales and pricing strategies that position OneMagnify for competitive client wins.
  • Improve your extensive list of well-known, high-level contacts at Fortune 100 companies and other key business segments to make an immediate impact on our revenue.
  • Leverage warm leads from the inside sales team, building relationships with new prospects, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals.
  • Generate additional lead sources using your industry relationships, channel partner contacts, and personally conduct outbound campaigns.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement regional sales strategies to enter specific markets.
  • Provide executives with realistic and updated sales forecasts.
  • Work with sales and delivery teams to identify and scope new opportunities and build proposals that reflect customer requirements and objectives.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key partners such as Adobe Commerce (Magento), BigCommerce, Shopify Plus, and Optimizely.
  • Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Research and develop strategic sales plans for enterprise business.
  • Build formal offers and present them to potential customers.
  • Report on the status of sales processes both directly and through our CRM.
  • Develop professional and technical knowledge for all services and solutions.

What you’ll need:

  • 8-10 years selling consulting services in the software solutions and eCommerce industry and a proven track record of exceeding personal sales quotas.
  • Ability to quickly establish and maintain key relationships within prospective companies.
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives of Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Experience selling deals from $100K to $2M.
  • Experience managing ongoing client relationships and successfully upselling when appropriate.
  • Developing sales proposals and contracts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, business insight, and presentation skills.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience in Business or related field.
  • Must have experience sourcing and closing deals in marketing, agency, technology, and analytics.
  • Highly proficient working with HubSpot or similar CRM.
  • Experience with ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or similar sales tools.
  • Selling SaaS, technical services, and marketing services is a must.
  • A proven track record of building scalable processes, cadences, and playbooks.
