PreVeil is a rapidly growing cybersecurity company delivering secure data storage, encrypted communications, and compliance solutions to organizations operating in regulated industries. Our end- to-end encryption platform is trusted by thousands of commercial enterprises, government contractors,
and defense suppliers. We enable organizations to meet demanding standards such as CMMC, ITAR and GDPR — without disrupting how they operate.

PreVeil is hiring a Director of Channel Sales to drive revenue acceleration and build the foundation for a scalable, high-performance reseller organization. Our channel ecosystem is a critical growth lever, and we are investing in scaling it aggressively.

You will quickly assess and unlock revenue within PreVeil’s existing reseller base, recruit new high-impact partners capable of generating substantial recurring revenue, and implement the structure, accountability, and execution discipline required to turn channel relationships into predictable growth.
Within 12 months, you will be expected to demonstrate the performance and leadership capability to build and manage a team of Channel/Reseller Managers.
This is a unique opportunity to own and shape the channel engine of a high-growth cybersecurity company—with the autonomy to build, the authority to execute, and the upside to make it worth it.

Key Responsibilities:
· Evaluate PreVeil’s current reseller portfolio and prioritize high-potential partners.
· Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing reseller partners in targeted verticals.
· Reactivate dormant or underperforming partners and convert them into revenue contributors.
· Implement structured 90-day action plans to drive measurable growth.
· Personally engage in strategic partner-led deals to accelerate revenue realization.
· Consistently exceed revenue and bookings targets tied to the channel segment.
· Collaborate closely with Solutions Eng, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Teams.
· Build and lead a team of Channel/Reseller Managers as performance milestones are achieved.
Minimum Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or enterprise SaaS sales.
· Proven track record of driving revenue growth through reseller or indirect sales models.
· Demonstrated success recruiting and activating high-value channel partners.
· Executive presence and ability to engage CIOs, CISOs, IT, and Compliance leaders.
· Consistent history of exceeding quota in market facing roles.
· Strong operational discipline and CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
