The Director, Client Optimization - Locums will be responsible for deepening relationships with existing hospital and healthcare system clients and driving growth within those accounts. They will focus on identifying opportunities to expand Aya Healthcare’s services and solutions, helping clients optimize their locums labor strategies. The Director, Client Optimization will excel at understanding client needs, presenting value-driven solutions, and strengthening long-term partnerships. This position will be remotely based.

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee a region of current clients in order to upsell additional service offerings
  • Create and present quarterly business reviews (QBR's) to the client in order 
  • Work with Aya's fulfillment team to ensure our clients positions are being fill promptly 
  • Responsible for growing market share with current clients
  • Speak with the client and escalate any potential client issues such as but not limited too, invoicing, payroll, time to fill, lack of response ect 
  • Serve as the expert for qualifying new sales opportunities through systematic discovery of business opportunities
  • Structure detailed strategic plans for building relationships with key stakeholders and "C" level executives within client healthcare organizations
  • Responsible for ensuring client understands the benefits of using our technology and places orders through our system
  • Create and track metrics for the sales team accountability and performance
  • Continually expand knowledge of staffing market trends and competitive offerings

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of business development experience in the locums healthcare staffing industry is required
  • A minimum of 7+ years as a top performer within business is required  
  • An insatiable desire to win and relentless drive to succeed 
  • Ability to think creatively and identify multiple paths to win new business 
  • Proof of selling enterprise level staffing programs to all healthcare staffing leadership levels 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $115,000 to $130,000 annually, plus bonuses.   

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
