About Virtasant

Virtasant is a global technology services company that delivers outcomes through automation. Our services include software engineering, technology operations, cloud migration, application modernization, and technology cost optimization.

We help some of the world's largest organizations modernize their technology operations, optimize costs, and unlock new opportunities for innovation. Our fully remote, globally distributed team is passionate about delivering world-class technology solutions while embracing a culture of excellence, ownership, and impact.

The Role

This is an opportunity for an outcome-focused client relationship and delivery leader to build their own business, working with some of the world's leading companies and leveraging Virtasant's innovative outcomes-through-automation model. We drive real value, not fees — you'll partner with your clients to deliver successful outcomes, and you'll be part of building the world's next great solutions model: one that doesn't charge clients for software or services regardless of outcomes, but shares in the success of guaranteed results.

In this role you'll build deep client relationships, lead exceptional global teams, and pair with our solution leaders to deliver the best possible client outcomes while building the next generation of technology services.

What You'll Own
  • Relationships. Build durable trust with VP / C-level sponsors; become the outside voice they rely on for AI and cloud strategy decisions.
  • Account strategy & expansion. Build a strong portfolio based on trust, delivery excellence, and innovation.
  • Delivery. All of the work will be your responsibility, including the commitments you make and your approach to delivery.
  • Commercial ownership. Drive SOWs, forecasting, margin, staffing, and renewals across your portfolio.
  • Team orchestration. Partner with the delivery leads, engineers, and solution architects working with your clients, as well as our global team, to make sure we deliver the best possible outcomes, every day.
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years in consulting, professional services, or strategic account leadership, with a clear track record of growing accounts through delivery excellence.
  • Business and technical competence — you can work with executive stakeholders to understand their business problems and with technical teams to develop solutions.
  • Experience owning the full commercial stack: SOWs, forecasting, margin, procurement, staffing.
  • Comfort in lean, fast-moving environments where the account leader also rolls up their sleeves to deliver and work with clients.
  • Demonstrated wins in AI-based solutions, cloud transformation (AWS / Azure / GCP), or enterprise modernization programs at Fortune 500 scale.
Nice to Have
  • Prior P&L or portfolio responsibility
  • Experience running accounts where AI/automation was the core value thesis
  • Background at a high-growth services firm with a focus on automated or outcome-based solutions
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary plus uncapped profit share from portfolio
  • Flexible, remote-first work arrangement
  • High-trust, high-autonomy culture
  • Global, distributed team collaboration
