The Director of Client Services owns a portfolio of radiology clients by overseeing revenue cycle management performance initiatives, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, and ensuring an exceptional service experience. This role functions as a strategic partner to physician practices and executive leaders, providing clear insight, analytical depth, and expertise across the revenue cycle. The ideal candidate brings strong industry knowledge, a deeply rooted medical billing background, proven analytical capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, relationship-driven service.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead client performance improvement initiatives (charges, revenue integrity, AR management, process redesign).

• Analyze BI reports, dashboards, and key revenue cycle indicators to identify trends, risks, and strategic opportunities.

• Support clients through accurate reporting, month-end reviews, presentations, and ongoing discussions that translate data into action.

• Respond promptly to client questions and escalations, ensuring thoughtful and service-focused solutions.

• Collaborate with internal operations teams to implement best practices and resolve performance challenges.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on radiology revenue cycle topics, including regulatory programs such as MIPS and MACRA.

• Participate in client meetings, strategic planning sessions, and retention efforts to support long-term partnership success.

• Maintain strong follow-through, organizational discipline, and a consistent standard of quality across all client interactions.


Travel

Travel is occasionally expected for this position.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of five years of healthcare experience, including revenue cycle management and operational oversight.

• Demonstrated success in client services, relationship management, and guiding clients through performance outcomes.

• Experience using business intelligence tools for revenue cycle analysis and performance reporting.

• Strong problem-solving skills, organizational ability, and clear communication style.

• Direct experience in radiology is strongly preferred.
