  • Deliver executive reporting:Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that give executive stakeholders visibility into pipeline health, campaign performance, and revenue attribution.

  • Champion cross-functional alignment:Act as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, RevOps, and finance to ensure shared definitions, clean data, and consistent GTM execution.
About You
  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in a healthcare marketing environment; preferably in the specialty pharmacy space
  • Proven track record supporting significant revenue scale ($100M+) with measurable impact on pipeline conversion and CAC.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce (architecture/administration), Hubspot or similar marketing automation platforms, ZoomInfo or comparable intent/data tools,.
  • Strong analytical foundation — comfortable owning forecasting models, KPI frameworks, and executive-level reporting.
  • Experience operating in high-growth, data-driven organizations.
  • Demonstrated success leading or supporting systems/process integration through organizational change.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills with a track record of aligning sales and marketing around shared goals.
  • Applicants must be based in the United States and have permanent US work authorization.
