Saviynt isn’t just playing the Identity game; we’re rewriting the rules for the AI era. With a recent $700M investment led by KKR, we are positioned to dominate the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) landscape.
We don’t need a librarian to archive competitor news. We need a Strategic Operator. Reporting directly to the SVP of Strategy, you will be the primary architect of our enterprise-wide competitive offensive. You will translate raw intelligence into structured market execution—equipping our global sales force to dismantle adversaries and secure our position as the undisputed leader in identity security.
This role requires phenomenal identity and access management experience, communication skills, the ability to create high-impact content, and strong cross-functional influence.
You won't just sit in the background; you are the bridge between Product, Sales, and the C-Suite.
The Core Mandate:
- Orchestrate the Offensive: Lead a cross-functional initiative to deliver high-quality competitive analysis and enablement deliverables for Sales, SEs, and Partners.
- Weaponize Content: Author and publish high-impact thought leadership, competitive analysis, and industry position papers that elevate our brand and reshape customer perception.
- The Voice of Saviynt: Deliver phenomenal presentations and keynote speeches at global internal and external events, representing our vision to the world.
- Strategic Influence: Structure sophisticated problems and analyze opportunities to drive meaningful recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
- Operational Excellence: Maintain the "source of truth" for all competitive initiative content, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across the organization.
- Dynamic Battle Cards: Actionable playbooks that help Sales win in the trenches.
- Field Guides: Deep-dive manuals for Solution Engineers (SEs) and Partners.
- Strategic Presentations: High-visibility decks created in partnership with Sales Enablement.
- Digital Narrative: Compelling web content developed with Product Marketing to expose competitor weaknesses.
What You Will Do You will be the architect of Saviynt’s competitive edge, interfacing with a cross-functional elite team of Sales, Product, and Marketing leaders.
Your Arsenal: Deliverables
Success in this role is measured by the quality and impact of your strategic output, including:
What You Bring to the Fight
- The IAM Veteran: 10-17 years of experience in competitive intelligence, integration, or consulting within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space.
- Subject Matter Authority: Mandatory deep-rooted experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). Experience in PAM, Access Management, or Non-Human Identity (NHI) is a significant differentiator.
- The Communicator: Phenomenal presentation skills with a track record of keynote-level public speaking.
- The Strategist: Demonstrated ability to frame complex problems, build operational plans, and drive execution to success.
- The Influencer: Strong leadership skills to build consensus among senior executives and drive virtual, cross-functional teams.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, or Engineering is required; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is strongly preferred.
This role requires a rare blend of deep technical IAM expertise and high-level business strategy.
Why Saviynt?
Hyper-Growth: We are scaling at a pace few companies ever experience.
