At PrizePicks, we are the fastest-growing sports company in North America, as recognized by Inc. 5000. As the leading platform for Daily Fantasy Sports, we cover a diverse range of sports leagues, including the NFL, NBA, and Esports titles like League of Legends and Counter-Strike. Our team of over 550 employees thrives in an inclusive culture that values individuals from diverse backgrounds, regardless of their level of sports fandom. Ready to reimagine the DFS industry together?

What you’ll do:
  • Architect the Core Strategy: You will own the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the "engine" of PrizePicks. This includes the end-to-end player journey: from seamless Acquisition and Account/Identity management to our complex Payments stack, Compliance frameworks, and Responsible Gaming initiatives.
  • Executive Leadership & Communication: As a senior leader, you will "drive strategy up and out." You will be a frequent presence in the boardroom, presenting product health, roadmap progress, and strategic pivots to the executive team and key stakeholders.
  • Build and Mentor a World-Class Team: You aren't just managing products; you are building the people who build them. You will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and career growth.
  • Navigate Complex Stakeholder Landscapes: You will act as the primary bridge between the Core Product team and critical business functions. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Analytics, Fraud, Compliance, and Legal to ensure our platform is not only high-growth and user-friendly but also secure and fully compliant with evolving regulations.
  • Drive Organizational Synergy: You will collaborate with other cross-functional product teams to ensure the core platform (payments, identity, etc.) provides the necessary leverage for our gaming and social features to scale effectively.
What you have:
  • Proven Leadership: 10+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion in senior leadership roles. You have successfully led large-scale product organizations and have a track record of "owning the room" with executive leadership.
  • Deep Domain Expertise: Extensive experience in at least two of the following areas: Payments/Fintech, Identity/Onboarding, Regulatory Compliance, Fraud, or Growth/Acquisition. You understand the nuances of high-volume transaction processing and the complexities of operating in a regulated environment.
  • Mastery of People Management: A proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop top-tier product talent. You know how to build a team culture that balances high-speed execution with long-term architectural health.
  • Strategic Influence: You excel at navigating competing priorities from Legal, Fraud, and Marketing. You can push back when necessary to protect the user experience while ensuring the business remains compliant and secure.
  • Analytical & Financial Fluency: You are comfortable with complex data sets and financial modeling. You use data to justify headcount, prioritize multi-million dollar investments, and measure the ROI of the core platform.
Where you’ll live:
  • This role is remote-eligible for candidates authorized to work within the United States. If you happen to be in (or want to be in) the "Hollywood of the South," we have a world-class headquarters in Atlanta, GA. Not local but want to be? We offer a competitive relocation package for those who wish to join us at HQ! #LI-Remote
