At Digital Turbine, we make mobile advertising experiences more meaningful and rewarding for users, app publishers, and advertisers — intelligently connecting people in more ways, across more devices. We provide app publishers and advertisers with powerful ads and experiences that captivate consumers, fuel performance, and help telecoms and OEMs supercharge awareness, acquisition, and monetization. In a rapidly evolving industry, we are constantly innovating and creating better paths of discovery to connect consumers, publishers, and advertisers across the mobile ecosystem.

Please note that Digital Turbine is a hybrid work environment-only candidates local to the posting location will be considered.

Digital Turbine sits at the intersection of mobile app distribution, device monetization, and the programmatic advertising ecosystem — a position that requires us to read and act on a more complex external environment than most companies our size. The Director of Corporate Strategy is the person who owns that work.

This Director of Corporate Strategy is a high-leverage, high-impact role. You will build the company's dedicated intelligence and intake capability by establishing and automating ecosystem monitoring workflows across competition, emerging technology, ad tech trends, policy and regulatory evolutions, and public market developments.

You will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to synthesize insights and translate them into inputs that inform DT’s Corporate, Product, and GTM strategy. The Director of Corporate Strategy will collaborate cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, CSM, Product, and Tech to put these insights into motion and build the connective tissue between strategy and execution. This is a hands-on role for an experienced individual contributor with a proven track record at building efficient, scalable workflows and the ability to foster strong cross-functional relationships with senior stakeholders.

About the Director of Corporate Strategy:

Strategic Intelligence & Ecosystem Monitoring

  • Build, optimize, and maintain continuous, structured ecosystem monitoring workflows that collect and synthesize the internal and external signals most material to DT, including iOS and Android ecosystem evolution and applicable regulatory developments globally across topics such as consumer privacy, age assurance, competition law, etc.

  • Track competitive moves and ad tech industry trends and their implications for DT's market position.

  • Monitor the AI landscape as it intersects with the app economy and broader advertising ecosystem, and explore implications and opportunities for DT, our customers, and our partners.

  • Run structured investigations with the Technology team on external developments that require hands-on exploration — new APIs, policy edge cases, ecosystem experiments.

Interpretation & Synthesis — "What Does This Mean for DT?"

  • Partner with the CSO in converting raw intelligence into a strategic point of view that informs DT’s positioning, Partnerships efforts, and Product planning.

  • Prepare materials and facilitate executive-level discussions to drive towards confident decisions and actionable outcomes.

  • Act as an internal consultant and thought partner for Product leadership, driving the intake process of strategic insights to inform product vision, prioritization, and execution plans.

  • Collaborate with leaders across commercial teams and product development pods to connect strategic decisions to operational execution.

  • Create processes and interfaces to foster alignment and disseminate strategy insights across all levels and functions of the organization.

 Structured Innovation and Incubation:

  • Establish a framework and process for exploration and incubation of innovative products.

  • Leverage AI tools and partner with Product Design and User Research teams to build prototypes and create a quick and iterative exploration process.

  • Partner with the Product organization in embedding successful POCs into Product Workstreams and Pods.

About you as the Director of Corporate Strategy:

  • 10+ years of experience working in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Product Management, or Product Marketing.

  • 5+ years of experience working in the Ad Tech space, with substantial experience in the Mobile ecosystem. You understand the business dynamics and product mechanics that power the app economy.

  • High proficiency in working with GenAI tools, including the creation of agentic workflows and product prototyping that leverages automation and efficiency without compromising on output quality.

  • Technical fluency and business acumen. You can connect features and functions to business impact and have a deep conceptual understanding of how products work.

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills. You will be presenting to ELT and engaging senior internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience working in a matrixed environment where influence without authority is the primary operating mode, and a track record of being effective in that environment.

  • Excellent written communication and close attention to detail. You produce work that is sharp, clear, and immediately usable by busy executives.

Preferred skills:

  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, SSP/DSP dynamics, app marketing and monetization, and mobile measurement ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with the mobile carrier/OEM ecosystem.

  • Technical background from either work experience or academic studies (Product/Engineering/Computer Science).

  • Background in strategy consulting (tier 1) or investment research covering mobile/ad tech.
