  • Oversee the creative development of assets across the full marketing mix, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with SpecterOps’ brand voice and business objectives
  • Serve as the internal creative authority, providing direction and feedback across campaigns, product launches, and content programs
  • Lead the creative direction for SpecterOps’ web presence, collaborating with stakeholders and web developers to ensure the site reflects current brand standards and delivers a strong user experience
  • Direct the design and execution of key digital assets including website pages, landing pages, social media graphics, digital advertisements, and email templates
  • Work closely with the product UI/UX team to ensure seamless brand integration across digital platforms and product interfaces
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and subject matter experts across the organization to develop high-impact visual storytelling for reports, research, and thought leadership
  • Develop high-quality creative materials for executive speaking engagements, investor presentations, and corporate events in close partnership with senior leadership
  • Manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, and production vendors to extend creative capacity and maintain high standards of execution
  • Integrate AI-powered tools into creative workflows. Including generative image, video, and layout tools to accelerate production, scale output, and maintain brand quality; coach the creative team on responsible and effective AI use
  • Build and develop a high-performing creative and web team as the organization scales, including hiring, mentorship, and workload management
  • Establish creative workflows, project intake processes, and production standards that enable the marketing team to move quickly without sacrificing quality

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, brand design, or related roles. Experience in B2B tech or cybersecurity strongly preferred
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work, digital design, and campaign creative across multiple formats and channels
  • Proven ability to build and steward a design system at scale including component libraries, brand guidelines, templates, and governance processes that enable a growing creative team
  • Demonstrated experience standing up or significantly scaling a creative function, including building team structure, defining workflows, and establishing quality standards

  • Exceptional presentation skills, with experience developing materials for C-level and executive audiences
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable working across marketing, product, and executive stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creative workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Deep understanding of current design trends, digital best practices, and emerging tools across visual and interactive media
