Act as the primary business partner for Top 20 Pharma data science teams.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer health and platform ROI.
Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Lead a team of Success Managers to ensure high-touch support across the client lifecycle.
