  • Enterprise Reporting & Data Lake Development

  • Own the design and oversee the development of the reporting end-to-end, with support from tech and product resources
  • Own the development of the data lake and enterprise reporting infrastructure end-to-end, partnering with stakeholders across operations, product, and technology who will be developing this capability
  • Establish and own reporting on the status, progress, and impact of enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Develop standardized views for leadership that provide clear visibility into milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Balance competing demands while maintaining focus on enterprise value
  • Implement governance mechanisms to ensure standardization and accountability, enforcing a single source of truth for every metric across the business
  • Execution Excellence
  • Lead end-to-end execution of reporting transformation initiatives, from planning through delivery
  • Manage interdependencies, risks, and trade-offs across multiple workstreams
  • Ensure timely delivery with a strong focus on quality, scalability, and reliability
  • Escalate risks early and propose resolutions
  • Drive Standardization & Simplification
