Who You Are:
The Director, FP&A will lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. This role will be a key partner to senior leadership, driving financial insights that shape the future of Nutrabolt’s business.
What You're Good At:
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and lead the company’s annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
- Partner with executive leadership to align financial strategy with business objectives
Forecasting & Analysis
- Build and maintain robust financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of performance across product lines and channels
- Deliver insights on cost structures, margin improvement, and operational efficiency
Performance Management
- Establish and monitor KPIs across departments and business segments
- Create executive dashboards and board-level reporting packages
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior leadership
Technology & Process Optimization
- Implement and manage FP&A tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, and OneStream)
- Integrate planning systems with ERP platforms (D365 & OneStream) and BI tools (Tableau & Power BI)
- Drive automation and standardization of reporting and planning processes
Team Leadership
- Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
- Foster a culture of analytical rigor and continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain
What You Contribute:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably in CPG, beverage, or high-growth environments
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a track record of driving business results
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, OneStream)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities
