Job Description Summary:

The Coca-Cola Company is a global beverage leader with a rich history of over 136 years, a portfolio of over 200 brands worldwide, with 60+ independently owned and operated bottling partners. We are seeing a Franchise Commercial Execution Director to lead the Foodservice & On-Premise (FSOP) partnership with Coca-Cola Beverages Florida (Coke Florida). Coke Florida is the 3rd largest privately held bottler & 6th largest independent bottler, spanning 47 counties, including key cities such as Miami, Orlando, and Tampa, serving ahyper diversemarket of21M consumers.  

The role is responsible fordelivering the annual plan, including but not limited to volume and revenue, and partnering with Coke Florida on field execution as it relates to the programming, promotions, distribution,merchandisingand display activity for the FSOP channel and customers. The role will also drive value, increase beverage incidence and profitability, and play a critical role in the annual joint business planning process. As a collaborative leader, this individual is essential to leading the implementation of strategies,ensuring alignment both internally and externally to support accelerated businessobjectives.Location: Tampa, Orlando, or surrounding area.

What You'll Do for Us

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development and execution of FSOP strategies, local opportunities and key initiatives. Translate commercial strategy into clear, simplified, and actionable direction for FSOP and field teams.
  • Oversee performance monitoring, analysis, and communication of pre and post execution results.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with bottler leadership and FSOP partners to balance short and long term priorities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all things FSOP-related, providing capability building and clear executional guidance.
  • Partner cross functionally with commercial, marketing, revenue growth management and other cross-functional partners to maximize opportunities.
  • Provide opportunity assessments, which include competitive analysis / PicOS (Picture of Success) recommendations for future expansion and market integration.
  • Seek out and leverage internal tools and resources to support customer strategies (e.g., via the channel, asset, and brand).
  • Host key strategic meetings with stakeholders.

What You'll Need

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experiencerequired  7+ years sales experience within a CPGrequired  Must be based in Tampa or South Florida  Customer
  • Relationship Management (CRM) experience
  • Advanced Strategic Thinking & Application Previous Franchise/Customer/Retail experience Forecasting and Planning (Immediate & Long Term)
  • Ability to recognize, understand, and interpret consumer behavior, brand strategies, channel, and customer needs while turning this knowledge into action and results.
  • Demonstrated personal leadership skills and influencing ability. Usage and analytical application of account performance data tools to support plans, opportunities, and stewardships.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to create persuasive selling stories.
  • Travel (25-50%) heavily concentrated in local and neighboring geographic territories.

Pay Range:

United States of America: 145,000 USD - 169,000 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
