Work Flexibility: Remote

The Director, Global Security Technology leads the strategy, architecture, and operating model for a global portfolio of enterprise physical security technology platforms, ensuring scalable, resilient, and integrated capabilities that support business operations, risk management, and digital transformation. This role provides strategic leadership for the Technology Security Center of Excellence (TSCoE) and is accountable for the architecture, governance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of enterprise security technology solutions, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, visitor management, alarm systems and related data and analytics capabilities.

This role operates at the intersection of physical security and enterprise information technology, applying modern technology practices – including platform strategy, systems integration, data architecture, and automation – to deliver business-aligned security capabilities.

This leader will partner closely with Enterprise Digital & Technology (EDT), Global Real Estate & Facilities, Procurement, HR, Legal, Privacy, and Regional Security leaders to ensure physical security technologies are aligned to enterprise architecture, embedded in site design and business processes, and positioned to support future growth. The role will leverage emerging technologies, automation, and analytics to strengthen decision-making, operational consistency, and business resilience globally.

  • USN: $155,900 - $259,700 USD Annual
  • US5: $163,700 - $272,700 USD Annual
  • US10: $171,500 - $285,700 USD Annual
  • US15: $179,300 - $298,700 USD Annual
  • US20: $187,100 - $311,600 USD Annual
  • US30: $202,700 - $337,600 USD Annual
