Your Role as a Director of Growth Marketing:
The Director of Growth Marketing is responsible for building and scaling Fusable’s demand generation engine to drive qualified pipeline, revenue growth, and customer acquisition across the company’s portfolio of brands.
A Day in the Life of a Director of Growth Marketing:
This role serves as the bridge between go-to-market strategy and market execution, translating business and marketing priorities into integrated campaigns that engage target audiences, accelerate buyer journeys, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The Director of Growth Marketing leads campaign strategy, lifecycle marketing, channel optimization, and demand generation performance while partnering closely with Product Marketing, Sales, SDR, Creative, and Marketing Operations to ensure alignment across the revenue engine.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Planning
- Develop annual and quarterly growth marketing plans aligned to company revenue objectives
- Identify market opportunities and growth levers across customer segments and brands
- Recommend investment allocation across channels, campaigns, and programs
- Establish campaign priorities that align with business goals
Demand Generation & Pipeline Creation
- Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets
- Drive integrated multi-channel campaigns across the buyer journey
- Optimize acquisition, engagement, conversion, and acceleration programs
- Develop scalable demand generation process
Funnel Optimization
- Monitor conversion performance across lifecycle stages
- Identify bottlenecks impacting pipeline velocity
- Partner with SDR and Sales Leadership to improve handoff effectiveness
- Implement strategies to improve marketing efficiency and conversion
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the Growth Marketing team
- Establish performance expectations and accountability
- Foster collaboration across marketing disciplines
- Create a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Product Marketing on campaign strategy and messaging execution
- Collaborate with Creative on campaign assets and brand consistency
- Work with Marketing Operations to improve attribution, automation, and reporting
- Align with SDR leadership on pipeline generation and conversion goals
What You'll Need:
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing marketing teams
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and measurable business outcomes
- Experience managing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and SDR organizations
- Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms
