At Foundation Health, we foster a culture that encourages our team members to broaden their horizons, urging them to bring their passion and curiosity to the workplace each day. We understand that diverse perspectives fuel progress, and we actively seek individuals who share our commitment to excellence and forward-thinking.

    • Build a library of customer-facing and sales enablement materials to support the commercial team.

  • Conferences & Events

    • Partner with sales on conference strategy, including booth design, collateral, lead capture, and follow-up campaigns.

  • Press & PR

    • Collaborate with external PR partners and internal stakeholders on press releases, award submissions, and media opportunities.

  • Lead Generation & Campaigns

    • Partner with sales to design and execute targeted sales campaigns and outreach programs to fuel pipeline.

    • Support messaging and creative for outbound and account-based marketing efforts.

  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Track and report on marketing performance across channels (social, website, campaigns, events).

    • Provide insights to optimize spend and improve ROI.

  • Customer & Employer Brand

    • Showcase customer success stories through testimonials and case studies.

    • Partner with recruiting to support employer branding efforts on LinkedIn and beyond.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in digital health, healthcare technology, or B2B SaaS.

  • Strong background in content creation, brand building, and demand generation.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams.

  • Hands-on experience managing social media, websites, and lightweight digital campaigns.

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment where you set strategy and execute.
