- Develop and own the growth marketing strategy to drive acquisition, activation, and expansion with clear revenue targets.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns, optimizing for CAC, conversion, and product adoption.
- Drive lifecycle marketing (email, in-app, nurture, advocacy) to increase adoption, reduce churn, and maximize LTV.
- Partner with Product on in-app growth loops (onboarding flows, upsell paths, referrals) to improve activation and monetization.
- Build, test, and scale growth experiments with a focus on speed, measurable outcomes, and repeatability to uncover new revenue levers.
- Partner with Data and Product to define PLG metrics (PQLs, activation, expansion) and optimize funnel performance.
- Lead, support & coach multi-disciplinary team accountable for the acquisition, activation & retention of customers.
- Own the marketing tech stack and data foundation to ensure accurate attribution, funnel visibility, and actionable insights.
- Establish scalable campaign operations processes, including lead scoring, routing, tracking, and attribution.
- Build dashboards and reporting that tie marketing efforts directly to conversion and revenue outcomes.
- Partner with Finance on forecasting, budget allocation, and revenue modeling to maximize ROI.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and increase efficiency across the team.
