The role is based in New York (hybrid), reporting to our Vice President of Marketing. You will lead an existing team of specialists within Digital and Field Marketing.

About You:

  • The "In the Trenches" Leader: You don't just assign tasks; you remove roadblocks. Your style is defined by a willingness to roll up your sleeves alongside your team to troubleshoot a campaign or polish a field strategy, leading by example rather than by decree. You are comfortable setting the high-level strategy but are equally happy jumping into Linkedin Ads or an event brief to get the job done.
  • Action-Oriented: In the fast-moving world of digital assets, "done" is often better than "perfect." You move fast and iterate constantly.
  • Data-Obsessed: You make decisions based on performance and stats. You live and breathe hubspot dashboards and thrive on A/B testing and attribution models.
  • Empathetic Accountability: You lead with a high-support, high-challenge approach—giving your team the autonomy to own their channels while maintaining a rigorous standard for data-backed results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Efficient Customer Acquisition: Own paid channels, SEO/GEO, ABM programs, and website performance to generate high-quality demand at the right cost.
  • Optimise the Full Funnel: Set channel strategy, run experiments, allocate budget based on ROI and marketing attribution..
  • Bring creativity and innovation to our campaigns while executing at an exceptionally high level.
  • Measure What Matters: Define metrics that reflect business impact, and use insights to guide investment decisions.
  • Build the Team: Lead and develop the growth marketing team, set high standards for execution, and create scalable ways of working.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a direct manager of in-house marketing professionals (a MUST!)
  • Hands-on, intimate knowledge of marketing strategies from paid media, to digital and ABM.
  • Specific hubspot and Linkedin Ads proficiency is a must.
  • Demonstrable ability to meticulously analyze performance data and work cross-functionally to understand measurable impact of strategy and demand gen decisions.
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills
  • Audacity to propose big, almost-too-ambitious, ideas and execute them

Why Join Us?

  • Join the next frontier of fintech and financial markets, as digital assets, stablecoins, and new models like prediction markets reshape how the category is defined.
  • Step in at a true inflection point - where product-market fit is established and what gets built next drives how we scale and reach for the moon.
  • Thrive in a high-velocity, startup-DNA environment where we strip away bureaucracy so great ideas translate into execution quickly
  • Work with a team of marketing professionals - high standards, zero ego, and a shared commitment to doing great work.
