Why Seamless

Seamless is building the future of AI-powered revenue generation.

Sales professionals use our platform to identify prospective buyers, improve contact and company data, and create pipeline more efficiently. By combining proprietary data, artificial intelligence, and modern go-to-market technology, Seamless helps organizations connect with the right people and accelerate revenue growth.

We're continuing to invest in our platform, our AI capabilities, and the team required to define the next generation of sales technology.

The Opportunity

Seamless is looking for a Director of GTM Sales Development to lead and transform our inbound SDR team as we expand beyond traditional sales-led growth into product-led growth (PLG) and product-led sales.

We have a strong foundation in sales-led growth and are introducing new ways for customers to discover, evaluate, and purchase our products. Your mandate is to grow inbound MRR efficiently by improving how inbound demand converts into qualified meetings and revenue.

This is an opportunity to rethink how inbound demand becomes revenue. You'll lead a team of SDRs while building smarter, more scalable processes that combine effective sales engagement, AI, automation, and product-led buying experiences.

This is a hands-on leadership role where success is measured by the quality of the pipeline your team creates, the revenue it generates, and the efficiency with which those results are achieved.

What You’ll Own
  • Own the inbound pipeline engine. Deliver qualified meetings for our Account Executives and drive predictable pipeline that converts to MRR, with clear accountability for performance against plan.
  • Lead and grow the team. Hire, coach, and motivate SDRs. Set clear expectations, visible scorecards, and frequent feedback while keeping reps closely connected to the AEs they support.
  • Experiment and optimize. Partner with RevOps and GTM teams to put AI and automation to work on inbound follow-up. Run tests and use the results to determine what drives the most meetings and MRR.
  • Set the inbound operating model. Define team metrics, improve lead scoring, and determine where human engagement adds value versus automation or self-service. Know when a human touch accelerates a digital purchase and when to stay out of the way.
  • Build the GTM system. Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Operations to create an orchestrated, measurable GTM system across the SDR function. Direct operational priorities, from reporting and workflows to playbooks, attribution, and lead-stage definitions.
  • Help shape product-led growth. Work with Product, Marketing, and Lifecycle teams to advance public pricing, PLG, and lifecycle nurture programs, turning product signals and intent data into well-timed sales engagement.
  • Own the numbers. Understand the funnel from first signal to MRR, report clearly to leadership, and evaluate decisions based on business impact and return on investment, not activity volume alone.
  • Lead organizational transformation. Guide the SDR team through evolving sales motions, technologies, workflows, and performance expectations. Build adoption through clear communication, coaching, measurable goals, and consistent accountability.
What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive B2B SaaS experience across sales development, sales, growth, demand generation, or revenue operations, including leadership of SDR/BDR teams.
  • Experience in a scaled organization, with a proven record of building or transforming a sales development function, not simply maintaining one, and delivering qualified pipeline that converts to revenue.
  • Strong sales coaching and leadership skills. You know how to recruit, motivate, challenge, and develop reps while maintaining high performance standards.
  • Deep understanding of sales operations and GTM systems, including lead scoring, routing, sequencing, attribution, and workflow optimization. You can partner with RevOps and clearly define what needs to be built.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI and automation into sales processes, including automated follow-up, workflow orchestration, and experimentation to improve conversion and efficiency.
  • Experience with product-led sales, sales-assist, or PLG motions, including signup-driven, self-service, or in-app conversion funnels.
  • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities. You're comfortable building your own Salesforce reports, identifying root causes of performance gaps, and translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • A systems-first, ROI-minded approach. You know when to invest in people, when to improve processes, and when automation can deliver better results.
  • Experience leading teams through organizational change, introducing new technologies and processes, and building adoption while maintaining performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, sales technology, martech, or data intelligence environments strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
