About the Role:
Argano is undergoing rapid expansion and go-to-market (GTM) transformation to further capitalize on evolving customer needs, AI-driven solutions, and technology shifts. As Director / Senior Director, GTM Transformation, you will play a central role in achieving Argano’s significant objectives. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will drive the program’s coordination and delivery across multiple high-impact initiatives spanning sales, marketing, partner alliances, revenue operations, and account growth.
This role requires a strong operator who can bring structure to complex programs, work effectively with senior leaders, and ensure critical initiatives move forward with speed and accountability.
What You’ll Do:
Lead GTM Transformation Execution
- Orchestrate and support a portfolio of strategic workstreams, including:
- GTM Strategy & Positioning: Manage to strategic priorities, ensure strategy refreshes to market-facing GTM messaging
- Account Growth Model: Scale an expanded client service approach to drive exponential expansion
- Seller Enablement: Development, adoption, performance assurance of seller onboarding, training, certification, and ongoing capability programs
- Revenue Operations: Partner with RevOps to implement tools and insights that improve seller effectiveness and forecasting discipline
- Demand Generation: Increased demand programs targeted at Ideal Customers and markets, leveraging advanced agentic and other technologies, and rigorous performance optimization at the scale of Argano’s current business
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with workstream owners across sales, marketing, alliances, account management, delivery, and functional leaders in finance, technology and human resources to achieve program milestones and outcomes
- Maintain momentum across multiple concurrent programs by orchestrating focused alignment, tracking progress and remediating risks
Manage Strategic Initiatives & Partners
- Oversee specific projects within larger workstreams (e.g., assessments, enablement rollouts, tool deployments)
- Coordinate and manage external partners and consulting firms to ensure outcomes are achieved
Build Operating Rhythm
- Establish and run regular program reviews, status tracking, and executive updates
- Maintain clear metrics, timelines, and accountability across initiatives
Support Integration & Commercialization Efforts
- Help coordinate onboarding and adoption of tools, processes, and programs across teams
- Support rollout of new offerings (including AI-driven solutions) to ensure readiness across sales and marketing
- Track adoption and usage of key sales technologies
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in GTM strategy, consulting, business transformation, or similar roles
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
- Proven ability working with senior leaders and driving alignment and outcomes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with a focus on outcomes
Preferred:
- Experience in technology or services environments
- Exposure to sales, marketing, or revenue operations functions
- Experience working with external consulting partners
