What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Director of HR Technology, Analytics & Transformation is a senior leader reporting to the Vice President of HR Operations & Shared Services, responsible for advancing Telecare’s HR technology, data, and execution capabilities. This role serves as the technology, analytics, and delivery anchor for the HR organization, partnering closely with HR, Finance and IT leadership to modernize systems, build new capabilities, and support a more connected, future-ready HR function.
This position represents an evolution of an existing role—expanding scope and impact to lead enterprise HCM transformation, establish an HR Program Management Office (PMO), advance people analytics and AI capabilities, and help design scalable HR operations and shared services models.
This role is a cornerstone of Telecare’s HR transformation—helping the organization move from outdated systems, fragmented processes, and siloed ways of working toward a more collaborative, insight-driven, and human-centered HR function that supports both employees and the individuals they serve.
Shifts Available:
Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Days: Monday – Friday
Expected starting wage range is $165,809.87 - $204,805.97. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 12+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, analytics, HR transformation, or related leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading HR systems modernization and large-scale implementations or migrations.
- Strong background in establishing PMO functions and leading cross-functional execution, ideally in healthcare or mission-driven organizations.
- Proven ability to build teams, redesign operating models, and mature underdeveloped functions.
- Strong executive communication and change management abilities, with a collaborative and thoughtful approach.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, a valid driver’s license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.
