As the orchestrator of cross-functional activations, you'll partner with cross-functional media and creative teams to ensure the right strategy and support for every product.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and executing multi-channel strategies for established B2C brands-leveraging digital, social, streaming, and traditional channels to drive awareness, engagement, demand, and revenue.
As Director, IMC, you'll be a brand steward and strategic storyteller, ensuring consistent voice, message, and creative integration across channels. You'll lead the development of integrated marketing plans and campaigns that amplify brand equity, differentiate us in the market, and deliver measurable business growth. You'll partner closely with product management, sales, and creative teams to create a cohesive, customer-obsessed brand experience.

Global Collaboration: Act as the bridge between global and regional teams-from briefing through delivery and optimization-ensuring campaigns are both locally relevant and globally connected.
Brand Activation Planning: Partner cross-functionally (Brand Marketing, Insights, Product, Media, Creative, PR, Influencer) to build forward-looking brand plans and pressure-test fully integrated strategies across Shark Beauty.
Cross-Functional Digital Strategy: Collaborate across Paid Media, DTC, Amazon, and Retail to deliver seamless launch strategies and sustain growth through key campaigns and promotional events.
