About You:

Nutrafol is seeking a seasoned integrated marketing operator to join our Brand Marketing team as Director, Integrated Marketing Operations on a fixed-term contract through the end of January 2027, reporting to the SVP, Brand Marketing.

This role will provide maternity-leave coverage for our Senior Director of Brand Marketing, helping maintain continuity across key cross-functional marketing initiatives while creating additional capacity for the broader team. The contractor will serve as a central point of coordination across brand, growth, creative, lifecycle/CRM, product, and retail, ensuring priority work remains integrated, on track, and clearly communicated.

The engagement will have two primary areas of focus. First, this person will strengthen day-to-day marketing operations by improving and operational process efficiencies that improve visibility, simplify collaboration, and reduce coordination overhead. Second, they will take ownership of one to two larger, high-priority projects to support team bandwidth during the leave period.

This is a hands-on orchestration role for someone who can quickly understand a complex organization, establish trust across teams, and bring structure to fast-moving work. The ideal candidate is a calm, systems-minded operator who can balance immediate execution with thoughtful improvements that leave the team working more effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide maternity-leave coverage for the Senior Director of Brand Marketing’s cross-functional orchestration responsibilities, ensuring continuity across priority initiatives and team workflows.
  • Own and maintain the integrated marketing calendar, mapping key milestones and dependencies across campaigns, product innovation launches, and always-on programs.
  • Lead 1-2 larger, high-priority projects that create meaningful capacity for the team and advance key marketing objectives during the contract period.
  • Run core marketing operating rhythms including our weekly GTM meeting, providing clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency across briefs, handoffs, approvals, status reporting, and go-to-market workflows.
  • Implement lightweight, practical improvements to tools and ways of working that reduce administrative burden and help teams move more quickly.
  • Serve as a connector across brand, growth, creative, lifecycle/CRM, product, and retail, helping teams stay aligned and ensuring efforts are mutually reinforcing.
  • Provide leadership with a reliable, concise view of what is shipping, when it is shipping, and where support or decisions are needed.
  • Document key processes and recommendations to support a seamless transition when the Senior Director of Brand Marketing returns from leave.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, marketing operations, campaign or program management, or go-to-market orchestration, ideally within a fast-paced consumer, DTC, or wellness brand.
  • Proven experience stepping into an established organization or interim leadership role and quickly creating clarity, continuity, and momentum.
  • A strong track record of orchestrating complex, multi-channel campaigns and product launches across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Experience leading high-priority cross-functional projects from definition through execution.
  • Exceptional program and project management skills, with strong systems thinking and fluency in tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and introduce practical, lightweight solutions without over-engineering.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • A calm, organized, and highly adaptable operating style, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools, such as Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms, to improve coordination, reporting, documentation, and workflow efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in DTC, health & wellness, or beauty/wellness affiliate programs
