ABOUT BESTOW

Life insurance is one of the world's most important products. It's also one of the hardest to build, distribute, and modernize. Bestow exists to change that.

Bestow is a leading vertical technology platform serving some of the largest and most innovative life insurers. Our platform unifies the fragmented, legacy value chain, enabling carriers to launch products in weeks instead of years. Carriers choose us to scale and operate at unprecedented speed, powered by AI and automation.

Bestow isn't selling policies. We're building the infrastructure that helps an entire industry move faster, reach more people, and deliver on its promise.

Backed by leading investors (Goldman Sachs, Hedosophia, NEA, Valar, 8VC) and trusted by major carriers, Bestow is powered by a team that moves with precision, purpose, and heart. If you want to help reimagine a centuries-old industry with lasting impact, join us.

Bestow offers flexible remote/hybrid work, meaningful benefits, equity, and substantial growth opportunities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Director of Integrated Marketing owns how Bestow shows up in the market — and how that presence converts. This role spans brand campaigns that drive awareness and consideration, demand generation that contributes to pipeline, paid and organic digital, SEO and AEO, social, and events and experiential. Each channel serves a distinct purpose; none exist for their own sake.

The goal is a coherent market presence that builds brand equity across the full ecosystem — prospects, clients, and partners alike. This isn't just about acquiring new buyers; it's about deepening Bestow's credibility and relevance with everyone who touches the platform. A Demand Generation Manager will sit within this function, ensuring experiential and campaign investment translates into pipeline contribution.

This role reports to the CMO and is open to hybrid in our Dallas office or Remote (US). #LIRemote

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own Bestow's integrated marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, digital, SEO/AEO, social, and events.

  • Partner closely with Creative to steward how Bestow shows up as a brand across every external channel — ensuring consistency, credibility, and a market presence that earns trust with enterprise buyers.

  • Build and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and consideration, translating creative direction into channel strategies that move buyers from first impression to active consideration.

  • Build and run demand generation programs that contribute to pipeline — owning marketing's role in moving buyers through the funnel and passing qualified interest to Sales.

  • Invest in brand equity across the full ecosystem — ensuring Bestow's market presence resonates not just with prospects, but with existing clients and partners as well.

  • Manage paid and organic digital channels, ensuring efficient spend and measurable impact.

  • Oversee SEO and AEO strategy to ensure Bestow is discoverable when and where buyers are looking.

  • Build and execute an events and experiential strategy that supports pipeline and presence.

  • Hire, develop, and lead a Demand Generation Manager, with the expectation of growing the remit over time.

  • Partner closely with Creative, Product Marketing, Sales, and Communications to ensure message consistency across every touchpoint.

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign execution, improve targeting, and scale personalization across channels.

  • Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and a culture of accountability across all channels.

  • Represent marketing's market presence work to cross-functional stakeholders.

WHO YOU ARE
  • Proven track record of building and executing integrated marketing programs that drive measurable impact.

  • Deep expertise across brand, demand generation, digital, and events — with the ability to lead each channel strategically, not just tactically.

  • A strong brand stewardship instinct — you know how to partner with Creative to ensure every channel reinforces a consistent, credible external presence, without overstepping into brand ownership.

  • Experience marketing to enterprise buyers in a complex, long-cycle sales environment.

  • Strong analytical orientation: you measure what matters and make decisions based on data.

  • A builder's mindset — comfortable creating structure, process, and strategy in a fast-moving environment.

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator who can align cross-functional teams around a shared market narrative.

  • Both agency and in-house experience preferred — you understand how to get the best out of agency partners because you've been on both sides.

  • Experience in fintech, insurtech, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
