Job Description: Director, Information Technology
Position Overview
The Director of Information Technology is responsible for leading FuzeBox AI, Inc. IT operations, enterprise applications, and infrastructure. This role ensures that core technology platforms, cloud environments, and business systems operate reliably, scale with the organization, and effectively support day-to-day operations.
The Director will work closely with business leaders to maintain and improve the technological environment while delivering responsive IT services across the company.
This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Enterprise Applications
  • Manage and optimize key business platforms, including:
    • Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
    • Microsoft 365 productivity tools
    • HubSpot (CRM and marketing automation)
    • Hootsuite (social media management)
  • Ensure reliable integration, administration, and user adoption across enterprise applications.
  • Manage software lifecycle processes including implementation, configuration, licensing, and vendor coordination.
  • If available, oversee identity and access management across core systems.

Infrastructure & Cloud Platforms
  • Manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms, networks, and core systems.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of technology services.
  • Maintain cloud environments across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Oversee device lifecycle, and system standards.
  • Implement monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery capabilities for critical systems.

IT Support & Service Delivery
  • Lead IT support operations and ensure responsive service for employees.
  • Establish processes for onboarding, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor system uptime, incident response, and service performance metrics.
  • Implement tools and automation that improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and develop the IT team responsible for supporting infrastructure and business applications.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to support technological needs.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Communicate IT priorities, system updates, and operational impacts to leadership.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field or have 8–10+ years of IT experience with leadership responsibility.
  • Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, and similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and SaaS ecosystems.
  • Experience managing vendors, service providers, and IT operations.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $140,000 – $160,000 per year.
