Who You Are: As Nutrabolt’s Director of Marketing Data and Analytics, you will play an important part in driving our future growth by leading our consumer insights team and building a best-in-class marketing analytics function that drives/measures/optimizes investment productivity across the department. You have a strong background in leveraging insights and data to shape strategy, a deep understanding of how to develop the tools/systems/processes needed to make analytics accessible and understandable and the ability to work cross functionally to ensure there is one version of the truth.

This role is eligible to participate in our Management Bonus Plan.             

What You're Good At:

  • Lead a lean team in executing the marketing analytics capabilities to measure and drive optimization of Nutrabolt’s marketing investment.
  • Build models to optimize our marketing efforts to make sure our marketing spend has the best possible ROI. 
  • Design, launch and analyze experiments to understand the incrementality of different marketing campaigns
  • Apply your expertise in data mining and data presentation, as well as your knowledge of marketing channels and platforms, to identify opportunities for improving Nutrabolt's marketing strategy beyond the numbers.
  • Manage and grow a lean, high-performing team of capability builders, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and professional development.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing analytics capabilities with broader business objectives, fostering collaboration and effective decision-making.
  • Establish and deploy processes to monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing investments. 
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in marketing analytics, data science and digital marketing – providing thought leadership and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement. 

What You Contribute: 

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, including experiences with optimizing, measuring and predicting the impact of marketing investments
  • Experience driving an enterprise view of insights and data, connecting consumer insights – to brand health – to marketing measurement – to business results
  • 3+ years experience building and leading high-performance teams within analytics/insights function that develop strong partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in CPG, leading advanced analytics solutions like commercial mix models and sales lift analyses to optimize marketing investment
  • Experience leading consumer insights function, marketing analytics function and fluency with financial metrics/P&L/business intelligence.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator and team player
  • Strategic and innovate thinker who can deliver results that are aligned to business goals and objectives
  • Has a growth-mindset, with accountability, urgency and a desire to win
