You’ll focus on top-of-funnel marketing strategy and execution, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to develop high-impact campaigns that bring Vital to the forefront of healthcare innovation.

This is a strategic, full-stack marketing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll manage content, campaigns, and lead gen initiatives while contributing to broader go-to-market planning and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Vital’s marketing strategy with a focus on demand generation and brand awareness
  • Own and optimize top-of-funnel lead generation programs across channels
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market (GTM) goals and drive consistent messaging
  • Manage and evolve Vital’s brand and content strategy to support awareness, education, and conversion
  • Design and run integrated campaigns that contribute directly to pipeline growth and revenue
  • Monitor marketing KPIs, analyze performance, and make data-informed decisions
  • Support execution of marketing operations, including automation, reporting, and funnel management
  • Collaborate on creative experimentation across channels (email, paid, content, social, etc.)
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, external vendors, or contractors as needed
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing experiences

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within healthcare tech or SaaS
  • Proven experience in demand generation, with a track record of driving qualified leads and measurable pipeline impact
  • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel, buyer journey, and PLG (product-led growth) principles
  • Experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns using both inbound and outbound strategies
  • Proficiency with Martech tools such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot), Google Analytics/Search Console, social and ad platforms, and content management systems
  • Comfortable working in a startup or lean environment; self-starter who thrives in ambiguity
  • Strong writing and storytelling abilities, with an eye for brand voice and customer-centric messaging
  • Highly analytical and results-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
