The Director, Operations Integration & Implementation is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, execution, and stabilization of enterprise operational initiatives across the Signature Aviation network. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of operational transformations, acquisitions, system implementations, hospitality initiatives, and network-wide process improvements that support the company’s continued growth and evolution.
This leader drives cross-functional execution across Operations Services, Field Operations, IT, Commercial, Finance, Human Resources, Safety, Communications, Training, Procurement, and other support functions to ensure initiatives are implemented consistently, efficiently, and with minimal operational disruption.
The Director provides leadership throughout the full implementation lifecycle, from strategy and planning through go-live, hypercare, stabilization, and transition to ongoing operational ownership. This role requires a highly collaborative leader with strong operational judgment, implementation expertise, and the ability to influence teams across a complex, fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise operational integrations, implementations, and strategic initiatives sponsored through Operations Services.
Develop and maintain standardized implementation playbooks, governance models, and execution frameworks to support acquisitions, operational transformations, system deployments, hospitality initiatives, and process rollouts.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop implementation strategies, project plans, timelines, milestones, communication plans, and operational readiness activities.
Drive implementation governance to ensure alignment across operational, commercial, financial, safety, guest experience, and technology priorities.
Lead operational readiness and hypercare activities to support field teams during implementation, stabilization, and transition periods.
Develop and execute change management and communication strategies that promote adoption, accountability, and long-term operational sustainability.
Monitor initiative performance through KPIs, milestone tracking, operational metrics, adoption measures, and post-implementation assessments.
Identify implementation risks, operational gaps, and execution challenges while driving timely resolution and escalation where appropriate.
Lead continuous improvement efforts by incorporating lessons learned and operational feedback into future deployment strategies and execution standards.
Provide executive leadership with regular updates regarding initiative progress, operational impacts, implementation risks, and overall execution performance.
Additional knowledge and Skills:
Strong leadership, operational planning, project management, and organizational capabilities
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across geographically dispersed operational environments
Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders across field operations and corporate support functions
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution
Experience developing implementation frameworks, operational playbooks, and scalable deployment models
Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Gantt-based planning, Lean, or Six Sigma
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across executive leadership, operational teams, and frontline stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced, evolving environments
Strong change management, team engagement, and operational adoption capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field required
10+ years of progressive experience in operations, implementation, integration, project management, or related disciplines
5+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale, cross-functional operational initiatives
