Your Impact
The Director of Operations is responsible for leading the execution of operational strategy and day-to-day performance across the Lowe's Pro Supply network. This role oversees core operational functions and drives consistent, efficient, and safe execution across branches and support operations. The Director partners with cross-functional leaders to align priorities, improve processes, and deliver business results, while leading a team to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strong customer and associate experiences.
What You Will Do
  • Lead day-to-day operational performance across the network, ensuring safety, service, and efficiency targets are met
  • Execute operational strategies and translate business priorities into actionable plans and results
  • Oversee core operations including branch operations, warehousing, transportation, fabrication, and facilities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and cost performance
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Safety, and other teams to align execution and remove barriers
  • Manage operational issues, including root cause analysis, escalation support, and resolution of complex challenges
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and drive consistency across the network
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management
  • Support planning and management of operating expenses and performance targets

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree Business Management, Engineering, Operations Management or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 10 Years of experience equivalent to an advanced education may be supplemented in lieu of a degree
  • 5-7 Years leading people and cross functional teams
  • 5 Years program management leadings large transformational initiatives
